We are a UK authorised stockist of Milkshake (milk_shake) haircare. If you have a question about a product, an order, or which routine suits your hair, the form below reaches us directly.

Product and routine questions. Tell us your hair type and what you are trying to fix, and we will answer properly rather than pointing you at a bestseller. If you would rather work it through yourself first, the Hair Health Quiz takes about a minute, and Ask an Expert is set up for longer conversations.

Orders and delivery. UK delivery is free over £40 and usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days. If something has not turned up when you expected it, include your order number and we will chase it.

Returns and refunds. Full details are on our returns and refunds page. If an item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us before returning anything and we will sort it out.

We aim to reply within one working day. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday.
