• InPost to your door — 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
• Free on orders over £40. Otherwise £5.99.
• Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri.
• Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands: add 1 working day.

Innate Beauty ships within the United Kingdom only at launch (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland). We're working on Republic of Ireland and EU shipping for late 2026 — join Innate Insiders to be told first.

Tracking

You'll receive an InPost tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. You can also find it under your account → Orders. Tracking is live for 30 days.

Order cut-offs

• Same-day dispatch: 2pm Mon–Fri.
• Christmas: Christmas delivery cut-off dates are published in early December and emailed to all Innate Insiders.
• Bank Holidays: dispatch resumes the next working day.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll chase it with InPost. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full.
