Innate Beauty is a trading name of Liam Jones, a sole trader, selling online at innatebeauty.co.uk.

Innate Beauty is not VAT registered. Prices shown are the price you pay; no VAT is charged.

We are an authorised UK stockist of milk_shake. All stock is bought through the brand's UK distribution and is genuine.

Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate; if we spot a genuine error before dispatch we will contact you and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

Product images are indicative. Packaging occasionally changes.

Advice we give you

Our Hair Quiz, our product notes and our Ask an Expert replies are product guidance from a retailer. They are not professional hairdressing advice, and they are not medical advice. If you have a scalp condition, hair loss, or a known allergy, speak to a doctor, pharmacist or a qualified stylist. Always patch test where the manufacturer's instructions say to.

Cancelling, returning and refunds

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Accounts

Keep your account password to yourself. Tell us at hello@innatebeauty.co.uk if you think someone else has it.

Subscriptions

Where a product is available on a recurring order, the delivery frequency and the discount are shown before you buy. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing hello@innatebeauty.co.uk. Cancelling stops future deliveries; it does not refund an order already dispatched.

Our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses.

Website content

The text, photographs and design on innatebeauty.co.uk belong to us or to our suppliers. Please do not copy them for commercial use. Brand names and product photography belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
