Where we ship

Innate Beauty ships within the United Kingdom only: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Cost and speed

UK Standard, InPost to your door — 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Free on orders over £40, otherwise £5.99.

Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands: add one working day.

We do not currently offer an express or guaranteed next-day service.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

You will get an InPost tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. It is also under your account, then Orders. Tracking stays live for 30 days.

If it does not arrive

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 we must deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact hello@innatebeauty.co.uk and we will chase it with InPost. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you have nominated.

Returns
