How Subscribe & Save works

1. On any subscription-eligible product, choose Subscribe & Save 10% instead of one-time purchase.
2. Pick a delivery cadence — every 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks.
3. Your first order ships immediately. The next ones rebill on your chosen cadence.
4. You'll get an email before every reorder so there's never a surprise charge.

Manage your subscription

Everything is one click in your account → Subscriptions:

• Skip a delivery if you don't need it that month.
• Pause indefinitely — pick it back up whenever.
• Reschedule to a different date.
• Swap to a different size or product within the same line.
• Cancel any time, no fees, no friction.

Common questions

What discount do I get?

10% off on the 6 to 12 week plans, 15% on the 4-week plan. The discount applies to the subscribed product only, not to anything else added to that order.

Can I add a one-time product to a subscription order?

Yes — log into your account, open the next upcoming order, add any one-time products. They ship together.

What if I want to skip a month because I haven't run out?

Skip it. We'd rather you skipped a month than cancelled altogether. The "Skip next delivery" button is at the top of your subscription page.

How do I cancel?

One click — your account → Subscriptions → Cancel. No retention questions, no holding pattern. We're confident the products earn their place.

Why isn't every product subscribable?

Subscribe & Save is on staples — shampoo, conditioner, leave-ins and treatments — and on our sets and duos too. If a product shows the Subscribe & Save option on its page, you can put it on repeat.
