The weekly step in the Colour Care routine. Shampoo and conditioner hold the ground between washes.

The mask is the one that puts real depth of moisture and protein back into hair that colouring has left porous.

Coloured hair takes product in quickly and lets it go quickly, which is why one deep treatment never holds and a weekly habit does.

Ten minutes once a week does more for how long your colour lasts than anything you can do on the day it is done.

Following the initial shampoo, meticulously towel-dry the hair to completely remove the water barrier.
Apply a generous amount of the mask to clean, damp hair, twisting it into the highly processed mid-lengths and ends.
Comb through to ensure completely even distribution and leave in for 5–10 minutes to allow for deep structural repair.
Rinse exhaustively until the water runs clear to ensure no heavy lipid residue remains at the root.

Pro tip: For severely compromised or brittle hair, wrap the product-saturated hair tightly in a plastic processing cap and place the client under a moderate heat source for the full 10 minutes to drive the keratin-mimicking wheat proteins deeper into the cortex.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

Due to the nature of haircare and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

How to Return

Contact our support team at support@innatebeauty.co.uk with your Order Number and reason for return.
We will provide you with the returns address.
Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Too thick to work on my straight hair.

I have straight hair, and I was looking for a deep conditioning treatment. I really wanted to like this, but it was so thick that it was difficult to apply to my hair. The mask did not penetrate my hair shaft and did not make a difference whatsoever. If you have curly hair, this may work better for you. If you have hair more like mine, I highly recommend the Yogurt Mask.
