Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

Due to the nature of haircare and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

How to Return

1. Contact our support team at support@innatebeauty.co.uk with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with the returns address.
3. Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will sort this out for you immediately by arranging a replacement or full refund.
