Let me start by saying I love the Incredible Milk. I just received my order of two of these, hairspray, dry shampoo, and some other items. What I don’t love is getting someone else’s hair all in my box with my order. I called customer service, just as a heads up, to please make sure people who pack boxes to ship have their hair up. The lady blamed it on a mannequin possibly, and said over and over they’ve never had this complaint before. It was a lot of actual human hair. Pretty gross.

This leave in is so great!
I use a serum or oil in addition to the leave in when my hair is left curly (3A), but it is perfect as a heat protectant and smoother for straightened hair. A little goes a long way. I honestly like it better than the it's a 10 leave in. My hair is so smooth, never tangles and feels light.

Incredible Milk by milk_shake has no business working this hard, but here we are. My hair went from ‘feral forest creature’ to ‘silky, shiny goddess’ in like… one use?? It’s stupid soft, glossy in a healthy-not-greasy way, and somehow still lightweight like it’s not carrying the entire team.
And my blonde pieces?? They look like they drink water and mind their business now. I don’t know what kind of sorcery is in this bottle, but it smells amazing and has me acting loyal. This isn’t a leave-in conditioner anymore, it’s a personality trait.
**And no I was not paid for this review but I wouldn’t complain if they wanted to hook a girl up 😉

This is my favorite of all the milkshake products it does everything it says it does. I mix it with the moisture mousse and even without stylers it will defrizz my hair, curls or straight. Heat protection and environmental protection are a huge bonus. My hairdresser uses milkshake products and introduced me to them. I have 💯 gray hair that is bleached blonde and I have 3a curly hair so my hair needs quite a bit of moisture. This stuff really is what it says : INCREDIBLE. And it smells amazing, the classic vanilla milkshake scent! I just adore this product.

Absolutely love this product, from the smell to the easiness of being able to comb through my hair. My only complaint is the spray bottle shoots out in a direct stream. Making me use so much more than is probably needed. I could spray it on my hands and work it into my hair. However if I wanted to do that I wouldn’t buy a spray bottle. Would love for the bottle to spray out like a hairspray to cover more area in one spray. If this is how the spray works then I may not continue to buy it. I’ve gone through so much of the bottle in a short period of time.

I love this product! It was recommended to me by a friend as a heat protectant and I have been using it for almost two years now. I use it as a leave-in conditioner as well and apply it to my ends between wash-days. My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it so I have a hard time finding products that don't weigh it down. This is moisturizing and light weight, perfect if you have my hair type. I also noticed a reduction in frizz when I use this. The smell is AMAZING- to me it smells like caramel but if you don't like that scent it doesn't last long on your hair. One thing I will say is I wish they would put it in a pump because it is a cream consistency. I just spray it into my hand before running it through my hair to ensure it doesn't clump in one spot. I love this brand and I 100% recommend this product to anyone and everyone!

Just got the incredible milk and loving it! I switched to the black shampoo for my brassy highlights which dried out my hair (had been using the moisturizing prior) and was looking for moisturizing leave in. This not only helps with that but is a protectant for my heat tools, and doeant make my hair oily/greasy (I wash every 3/4 days). ⚠️ it might make you hungry for vanilla frosted 🧁

If I could only use one hair product this would be it
I’ve been coloring my hair for years and it can get dry and the color can get washed out in the sun. This product leaves my hair smooth, shiny and healthy looking without weighing it down, and protects from heat and from UV. I travel a lot for work and rarely check a bag, so I love that I can get by with just this one product and some hairspray. That said, I prefer to also use Milkshake Leave-in Conditioner for detangling because it is very light, smells great, and adds beautiful shine, followed by the Milkshake Incredible Milk for the heat and color protection.

A holy grail product!
A holy grail product! It’s incredible just like it says. It smells amazing, spreads easily, and gives superior slip. It is one of the few protein containing products that’s still suited for my low porosity hair. A word to the wise; buy directly from a salon or brand manufacturer. I discovered this stuff at a friends when the packaging caught my eye- in her waste bin! She said the deal on Ebay was good but the product was awful. The printed barcode was covered by a second barcode sticker, and the product felt runny, sticky, and smelled odd. I knew it was counterfeit. Conversely, the product I received from oneconcept is creamy, smooth, & vanilla scented. This is something you put on your body; please don’t risk getting a bottle of who-knows-what in the name of amazon prime shipping or saving a few bucks. Places like places like EBay, Amazon, and Walmart marketplace would have you believe these issues are minor, but in actuality what happened to my friend is not rare. This stuff is hair magical hair nectar from the gods, don’t miss out on the real deal!

My hairdresser uses this on my hair at the salon. This product not only makes your hair feel, and smell, fantastic, but it also protects it from damage caused by UVA and UVB rays, heat (such as a flat iron, wand, or curling iron), it detangles, etc, etc. I don't think I'll use another product for post-wash treatment ever. Definitely worth it!

Love the smell, lightweight product, doesn't help for frizz
This is the most heavenly scent. I'm willing to spend the money on this product simply for the scent alone. However, I do notice the scent doesn't stick to my hair past it being wet. I also wish it helped me with summertime frizz better than it does, as I have naturally straight hair and the summer humidity makes my hair look like a poodle's. Milkshake Incredible Milk doesn't weigh your hair down though and that is also a nice perk.

It smells wonderful – just like cake icing – but doesn’t make me smell like a child. I think it works pretty well, occasionally not fighting frizz, as well as I would like. But well enough that I am a repeat user.

This bottle sprays in a stream which makes it more difficult to get your full head. The mini bottle I bought sprays with a mist so I’m not sure why this is different. I still love the product though

I do like this product, but the last few bottles I’ve purchased smell bad compared to my first purchase. It needs to be consistent. I threw away a jumbo size bottle that was barely used because of that issue.

What grown woman wants their hair to smell like a cupcake? That is something a 10 year old girl might like but not a grown woman. The product works well but until they ditch the childish scents for some adult ones I don't think I will purchase any more Milkshake products.

Bad product and terrible return policy
This product did nothing for my hair, it felt dry and not manageable. I have used better products from ither brands. The return policy for this retailer is abysmal. 15 days is not long enough, and the product must be UNUSED??? How would you know that you need to return it without using it to discover it is terrible? Will never purchase from here again and will warn others as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Product was 3/4 full. I paid for a full bottle. This always happens with this company and I sent 4 emails to customer service about the issue with zero response from them. I won't ever buy again. Terrible way to treat customers and dishonest business.
