The rinse-out step in the Moisture & More routine, enriched with papaya and free from parabens.

It is built to balance moisture rather than pile it on, which is the difference between hair that feels soft and hair that feels coated.

Most people with dry hair reach for the heaviest conditioner they can find and end up with hair that is limp and still dry underneath.

Balance is the useful idea here: enough moisture to move properly, not so much that it stops moving at all.

Following the gentle shampoo phase, rigorously squeeze excess water from the roots downward so the hair can optimally absorb hydration.
Apply the lightweight conditioner completely evenly to the wet lengths and ends.
Leave on for a few minutes to allow the low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid and organic papaya extract to penetrate.
Rinse thoroughly with cool water to lock down the cuticle layer and permanently seal in the newly acquired moisture.

Pro tip: For significantly enhanced slip during the detangling process, utilize a professional wet brush or wide-tooth comb to distribute the conditioner while still under the running showerhead.

Due to the nature of haircare and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

How to Return

Contact our support team at support@innatebeauty.co.uk with your Order Number and reason for return.
We will provide you with the returns address.
Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
