Moisture & More is the line for hair that is simply dry, as opposed to damaged.

The two need different things: dryness is a water problem and takes moisture, damage is structural and takes protein. If your hair feels dry but does not snap, this is the right shelf.

Fully saturate the hair with warm water for at least a minute before applying the shampoo to gently loosen surface debris.
Apply evenly to wet hair and utilize the soft pads of your fingers to gently massage the scalp into a luxurious lather.
Allow the dense suds to cascade naturally down the lengths without any harsh scrubbing or bunching.
Rinse thoroughly, repeating if necessary, and follow up with the Moisture & More Conditioner.

Pro tip: When working with excessively dry and easily tangled hair, apply a light, protective layer of conditioner strictly to the fragile ends before shampooing to prevent the surfactants from stripping the most vulnerable parts of the hair shaft.

Due to the nature of haircare and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

How to Return

Contact our support team at support@innatebeauty.co.uk with your Order Number and reason for return.
We will provide you with the returns address.
Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
