Why is my hair frizzy?

Because the outer layer is dry and lifted, so it takes moisture from the air instead of holding its own. Heat, hard water and a shampoo that strips too hard all make it worse. It is a moisture problem before it is a styling problem.

What is the best anti frizz product for fine hair?
