Milk_shake Conditioner
Every milkshake (milk_shake) conditioner we stock. Most are the partner to a shampoo in the same range, and it is the pair that does the work rather than either bottle on its own.
A conditioner is doing two jobs at once: putting the slip back so hair can be combed without snapping, and closing the cuticle down again before it dries. The second one is what keeps colour in and frizz out.
The conditioners are below. Which one to pick, and whether it has to match your shampoo, sits under the products.

About this collection
Which milk_shake conditioner is right for you
- Coloured hair. Colour Care Conditioner. It detangles and closes the cuticle down, which is the part that keeps the pigment in, with milk protein and sunflower extract going back in.
- Blonde or grey with brassiness. Silver Shine Conditioner, violet-tinted, so it keeps toning while it softens.
- Platinum or ash blonde. Icy Blonde Conditioner, black-pigmented, for orange rather than yellow, and carrying argan, avocado, grape seed and rice bran oils.
- Curls. Curl Passion Conditioner, with shea butter and babassu and pracaxi oils: enough to soften, light enough to leave the curl pattern where it is.
- Dry hair. Moisture & More Conditioner, carrying hyaluronic acid and papaya extract.
- Hair that snaps. Integrity Conditioner, the repair one, with hydrolysed keratin and amaranth seed extract. On back-order, with the dispatch date on its product page.
- Everyday. Make My Day Conditioner, which smooths without taking the movement out of the hair.
One product on this page is not a rinse-out conditioner. Flower Fragrance Leave-in Conditioner goes on wet hair and stays in, and it is the vegan one, built on soy protein and moringa instead of milk protein. The rest of the leave-ins are on the leave-in page.
Does it have to match my shampoo?
No. A shampoo and conditioner from the same range are made as a pair and that is the simplest way to buy, but mixing is normal and often deliberate. Toning with a violet shampoo and softening with a moisturising conditioner is the most common mix, because toning is a job for the wash.
How to get more out of it
Mid-lengths and ends, not the scalp. The roots are the newest and least damaged part of the hair and they do not need it, and conditioner at the root is the usual reason hair goes flat by day two. Leave it a minute before rinsing rather than rinsing straight away.
Milkshake or milk_shake?
The brand writes its name with an underscore, milk_shake, but most people search for it as milkshake or milk shake. Same brand, same products.
Where to buy milk_shake conditioner in the UK
Innate Beauty is an authorised UK stockist, not the brand's distributor. Orders ship from within the UK, so there is no customs wait and nothing to pay on the doorstep, and delivery is set out on our delivery page. The whole brand, range by range, is on the milk_shake hub, and the hair quiz will point you at a routine if you would rather not choose bottle by bottle.
